Melody at the aquarum by Sharon daper

Melody learned at the aquarium that a good friend stand up for each other for example, when Claire said to rose “you are here with Melody on purpose”

Ollie’s life is like the fish in aquarium because they both stuck in a tank and they can’t get out. Like when Ollie die the fish in the aquarium want to die because they do the same thing every day.

Melody life is like the fish in the aquarium because the fish can’t talk and they both can’t say anything and they both have so much to say.

Is melody like a normal that she has a medi-talker?

Our Trip to the Aquarium

We went on a really cool trip to the Aquarium. My favorite part was the anemone. they were really sticky.
One of the anemone almost ate my finger it was called the fish eating anemone. Most anemones would sting you if you were a fish but since we have a lot of skin on our fingers you can not sting yourself  like that.
The only fish that does not get stung is the clown fish they are immune to anemone.

There were also sea urchins the cool part is that if you put your finger on one of their spikes they hug you.
They are really cool to touch but if you are not careful it will hurt when you touch the actual spike.some people were scared to touch it but after they got over their fear they thought it was really fun.

Ecosystems

We are making ecocolumns in class.  An ecocolumn is a terrarium inside a connector with a aquarium on the bottom.  The aquarium can have snails or guppies, we used snails.  In the terrariums you could use bugs sometimes potato bugs, crickets or/and roley polys.  We used crickets.

For people who don't know a terrarium is like a aquarium but for bugs.  We know that because terra means earth.  A terrarium is a field or any place where bugs can live or grass can grow

The bottom is a aquarium where we keep our snails and plants.  The reason you need the plants is because the plants will give out O2 (oxygen).  The snails will take the oxygen and give out CO2 (Carbon dioxide)which is what the plants need.  You also might also want to put algae for the snails to eat or they might eat the plants, my snails ate some of our plants off.

Have you ever had an aquarium?

Have you ever had a terrarium?

Ollie and Melodys life

I think Melody learned a lot about friendship at the aquarium. Like when Rose acted weird when Clair and Molly asked her how it was when they were at the aquarium and she said okay quietly like she wasn’t having fun.

I think Ollie and Melody and the fish at the aquarium are connected because all of them can’t get out of there space and they are all  stuck.

Aquarium

What Melody learned about friendship is that it’s hard to bring a friend somewhere I think this because the friend Rose was looking at Melody’s little sister a lot because and saying she’s so “cute”. Or when Rose saw the bullies from school they were dressed up as girl scouts but they here making fun of them like calling Rose weird for being with Melody.

Ollie’s life compares to the life of fish in the aquarium because there all just stuck in bowl getting looked by people, getting feed and swimming around.
Ollie’s life also is like Melody’s life because Melody was stuck   couldn’t get the words she needed to get out, like she was trapped in a bowl.
