Daniel Morgan believed that there
was a better way like a sneak attack and much more. He also was smart for
changing the tactics of war. At this time the American Revolution was going on.
Daniel Morgan was a general sharp shooter for the patriots during the American
Revolution he fought on the battle field, and he did this for a long but his
most memorable moment was in 1781 that was when the war ended. He fought for
the Patriots because he had no interest for the British. Daniel Morgan served
for the British forces in 1757 after he retired he gained no interest in the
British and joined the Patriots as a sharp shooter. According to National Park
Service, Daniel Morgan accepted a commission of captain of a rifle company.
Daniel Morgan is remembered as a lead sharp shooter for the Patriots and the
one that commanded Tim Murphy to kill the Red Coats general but most people
still don’t know that he served in the British army.
