Islandwood

Islandwood was amazing. I was happy we had a lot of fun. I enjoyed meeting new people. I was happy that we went on a night hike. I was happy that we got to go to the harbor.

My favorite part of Islandwood was the night hike. We were blind folded in the dark and we had to hold on to each other because we had no idea where we were going. We hiked to Mac's Pond. When we got to the pond we got to color on our arms with markers. Then we had to guess where we were.

Islandwood

My Islandwood experience was awesome.I met new friends such as Mia and Zack. We also learned about wildlife. I had such a good time. For example, I got to sit in the chair of wisdom. I also got to draw out a really cool tree that looked like a spider. Therefore, It was pretty fun to draw. More importantly, I got to do lots of fun art. Lastly, I had fun!

My FAVORITE experience was meeting new people. My flied instructor Patricio But his nickname is Paco was really nice. I met new friends two. I really loved meeting Talia who is a girl that might come to our school next year. She is really nice + she got to sit with us for meals. My most favorite experience WAS  MEETING NEW PEOPLE!

Islandwood

Islandwood was so much fun. I didn't like the food that SHA served. In the morning we would go to breakfast, then tefilah, after that we would meet up with our group. After we meet up, we would go and hike, play games and we would get to tell about our plant that we got and explain it to the rest of the group.

What we did is we went to AIR ( air is acting) it was so much fun. We acted a story it was a lot of fun. Then we looked at gross worms in a lab. Islandwood is so much fun!!!!!!!!

My Islandwood Trip

At Islandwood I had the time of my life. I had all my friends, we did something fun every day and night. Every morning we would go to breakfast, Tefilah, Friendship Circle, and then go in to our groups  and do the most fun activities. My favorite activity was probably the Canopy Tower it had 152 steps, but it was still so fun.

Displaying P1010054.JPGDisplaying P1010067.JPGWhile I was in My group, we took scoops of soil from outside and looked at them under a microscope. I love to learn new things. I love science and it was great to learn new things about science.

Islandwood

My class just went to Islandwood for 4 days and 3 nights. We got there by a ferry. When we got there we put our bags in our cabin. After that we went to a place where we ate lunch and met the people in our group. Over the next few days we did a lot of stuff such as a walk in the dark right after being blindfolded, we ate lunch in a huge tower, we did experiments on bridge that could hold a bus full of school kids (somebody got married on that bridge), We went in a tree house that is in the best tree houses in the world book. We went on something called a floating classroom which is classroom connected to a wire on a lake.

My favorite part about Islandwood was high we went. For example, we counted around 200 stairs on the tower. I liked when we did the expierements on the tower  because I learned that if a rock and twig are shaped the same they would drop at the same time.

ISLANDWOOD

Islandwood  was so fun we learned lots of things. In the morning  we would get up at 6:45 and get dressed  we wold go to breakfast then we would go to tefilah and after that we would go to to are groups and do are activity's. Every day we would do activity's.  Their are lots of activities like the  flouting class room and we would go down to the Haber  and have lunch.

The best things are like the flouting class room. Or the Canopy tower it had  182 steps. Their where lots of other things to. The sesprention brig is a very long brig that is made out of medal. Every night we did yoga with the girls in my room. we would play cards and some other games.

My Trip to Islandwood

My class and I went to Islandwood it was maybe the best weak in my life. This is what I did in Islandwood, I went solo hiking, night hiking and I played a game called Park Ranger which is a really good game maybe on of the best games in my life. Another thing that we did was climb the Canopy Tower it was about 200 stairs. Sometimes you could see Mount Rainer but the day we climbed the Canopy Tower it was very foggy and when it's foggy you can't see it. We also went to Blackly Harber. What I did in Blackly Harber was eat lunch and we looked for crabs and we even held them. The crabs where different colors for example, red green and white.

This is how you play Park Ranger there is one ranger and a couple of people that are try not to get tagged by the ranger. You need to choose an animal and if the ranger calls something that your animal has you try to get to the other side. If you get tagged you become a tagger but you can't move from your place. If you get to the other side before other people do you what until everyone is on the same side as you then you can try to get to the side that you came from and do that until there is one person left then that will be the person who wins. This was my favorite experience because it was a game that you run in and I like running another reason is because it is a game where you always have something to do.

Have you ever been to Islandwood?

Have you ever seen Blackly Harber or the Canopy Tower?

The summery about was probably stinky bob. We did each one teach one and I got stinky bob it grew pink flowers. It was so much better because I got more sleep from9:40pm to 7:00am.
My favorite experience was probably the Canopy Tower. It was probably my favorite because it took a long time you get to the top and it was shaking at the top. It was super fun.
