5th Graders are learning to blog. Here are some important things we have learned so far about blogging:
Judah: Do not give your last name when commenting on a post.
Nina: Don't put any other personal information that could identify you in your posts or comments.
Daniel: Personal information includes where you live or go to school.
Beloria: Always read over a comment and edit it before submitting.
Lulu: Check your work before publishing.
Sammy: Always start your comment (on a blog post) with a greeting.
Gabe: Never say anything that could embarass them without checking with the person first.
Shimon: Compliment the writer of the blog post in a specific way (add information or ask a question).
Binyamin: Use proper punctuation and spacing when commenting and when posting.
Kebira: If we use a picture from the internet, we must give credit to that person.
Yaniv: Always end a comment with a proper ending.
Avi: Be positive when commenting.
