O.O.M.M.

 The author put the story of Ollie the  fish because Melody’s has a similar life.They both can’t talk and Ollie is stack in his boll.
           
Melody and her fish Ollie live on the same world they both can’t tell people how they feel or what they want.  

Melody feeling when she couldn't tell her Mom how her fish Ollie really died were ,sad ,angry and she felt alone.

    Dear Kebira,

    I think Melody's life must be incredibly frustrating. Melody seems pretty patient and accepting though. She really is inspiring to try so hard to do things others can't!

    I can't wait to see what she is able to accomplish!

    Hi,
    My name is Jasmine. I am in Mrs. Hernandez's 5th grade class. I think it is sad how Melody can't talk. I would be frustrated if I couldn't
    tell people what I feel. Melody is the smartest kid in her class. I hope she will make friends.

    Am Kebira I also feel sad for Melody I don't want that to happen to anyone. I feel sad for people that are like Melody.I am sure they feel alone because they can't express how they feeling.

    Kebira I think Melody's life is so frustrating and annoying. But she is very good at accepting her problems and she is very inspiring.
