My class went to the aquarium. When we got there we saw a scuba diver cleaning out a huge fish tank with hundreds of fish. Tons of kinds, big and small, different color fishes. After looking at most of them we went to a touching area. It was weird when I touched a sea anemone. It was like my finger was in a vacuum it sucked me in.
We had a class after that. We learned that in Puget Sound it is high tide twice a day and low tide twice, also. The lady that was teaching had five tables of sea animals. For instance, Crabs and Moon fish. Did you know that Starfish have eyes on every tenticall?
Dear Sam,
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had a lot of fun and learned a lot. I was also happy that the whole class went.Did you know that a moon snail can make a perfect whole inside of a clam?
Sincerely,
Binyamin
Dear Sammy,
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed by how much you learned at the aquarium!
Do you remember when we went to Cannon Beach and saw starfish and sea anemones in the tide pools by Haystack Rock? Let's go to the beach when the tide is out so you can share some of the things that you learned at the aquarium!
Sincerely,
Mom
Dear Sammy,

Dear, blog partner
ReplyDeleteWow! I never knew that star fish had eyes in the first place! and, I'm really glad to read another one of your post's!
Also whats a moon fish? and have you ever pet a whale shark? because I have!
Dear Sam,
ReplyDeleteThe trip was very fun. My favorite part was the anemone. Itwas very sticky and fun to put your fingers in! Another fun part was when there was this snail that was covered in slime and it drilled holes in clam's shell so it ate the clam.
Sincerely,
Emma
