Beloria and Emma's ecocolumns

Components of the aquarium are water, rocks, snails and  fish. We now have baby snails and are baby beta fish died. I think having more snails is better for the aquarium. Components of the terrarium are soil, worms, slugs and grass. The grass grew. This didn't affect the terrarium.

Abiotic components rely on biotic components for food and shelter. Biotic components can't live without other. For example grass can't grow without water, soil and sun.

When things die or start growing how does your terrarium or aquarium change?

  1. GOOD JOB Beloria I really liked your blog post it was really interesting.
Fish need oxygen and plants give. So if there are no plants fish can breath so they cant live.

  2. Hi Beloria and Emma,

I had a beta fish, and it died, too. Does the water need to be a certain temperature for all of the living organisms to live and be healthy?

Thank you for your post. I learned a lot!
