I do not agree with mrs. Franny because I don't think that sweetness should make people sad. I think this because How would you feel if sweetness made you sad? I also do not agree because I would want a candy that was sweet and made me happy not sweet but make me sad. I also do not want life to be sad and sweet. Imagine the world is a Littmus lozenge the world would be sweet but your life would be sad.
I also agree with her. But I agree with her in a different point of view. I think life can be sad and happy but not at the same time. I don't think it's natural. I think it's natural to be happy and sad at the same time rarely. Not to much though.

ReplyDeleteShoshana I think your post was great. I also thought a Littmus Lozenge was sad and happy because you have a sad part in your life and also a happy one. Like Opal she was sad about never seeing her mom but she had Winn-Dixie and she was happy with him
