I read The Kid Who Only Hit Home Runs. It is about a kid who is not that good at baseball and gets help from someone he doesn't know. He practices and he gets really good. Almost every time he gets up to bat he hits homer.
I think the moral of the story is that if you practice a lot you can get better. And if you stop practicing you can lose your skill . I think if you practice you can get better at anything you do. I think this because in the story the kid practiced and practiced and he got better at baseball.

Dear Avi,
ReplyDeleteI think that you did a great job of descibing the book and what you think the moral of the story is. You said that if you practice a lot you can get better, and that is exactly what happens to many people including me.
Sincerely, Binyamin
