OUT of MY MIND.
I think the significance
of Ollie is that he is like Melody. Melody said,
“I feel sorry for Ollie because he is stuck in a bowl.”
I feel that the way Ollie’s life mirrors
Melody’s is that they both can’t talk, they both can’t walk.
I think Melody feels that she is very annoyed
that she can’t tell her mother what she wants to say for example, when they were
in the store that sold everything she saw that there were bad toys she wailed
and her mother got angry and Melody got upset, another example is that when
Ollie was out of his bowl and Melody was yelling for her mom
Do you think Melody liked
Ollie? WHY?
Dear Josh,
ReplyDeleteI do think Melody liked Ollie. She seemed to like having a pet, but like you said, she also probably saw some of their similarities and this probably makes her feel connected to him.

Hi josh it's Me Dj again. Out Of My Mind sounds very interesting I think I need to read it. We just got done reading Crash By: Jerry Spinelli. It was very good. I would recommend it to you or your class or you. Trust me it would be really funny.
ReplyDeleteI hope to hear from you soon.
Dear Josh,
ReplyDeleteI really like your blog post. You are right about Ollie and melody. Ollie probably wants to be free and Melody probably wants to be like a normal child.
Sincerely,
Binyamin
